§ 1
Subject of the Regulations

The regulations define the subject of service provision, responsibilities, and the rules for staying on the premises of the facility. They are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing the registration card and through procedural actions, particularly by making a reservation and/or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay at the facility. By engaging in the actions mentioned in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the regulations.


The regulations apply to all individuals present on the premises.

The regulations are available for review at the reception of the property and on the website.

§ 2
Hotel Day

Apartments are rented out on a nightly basis.

The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.

Any request for an extension of the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival must be reported by the Guest no later than 8:00 PM on the day before check-out.

The property reserves the right to refuse the extension of the Guest's stay if full payment for the current period of stay has not been made in advance and in the event of non-compliance with the regulations.

§ 3
Reservation and Check-in

The basis for a guest's check-in is the presentation of an identity document with a photograph at the Reception, as well as filling out the registration form. In case of refusal to present an identity document in a manner that allows for check-in, the receptionist has the right to refuse to issue the room card/key.

The guest may not transfer the villa to other persons, even if the period for which the accommodation fee has been paid has not yet expired.

Due to the current epidemic situation in the country, we are unable to accommodate non-guests of the property.

The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation to any guest who, during a previous stay, flagrantly violated the regulations, particularly by causing damage to the property or to other guests, as well as harm to guests, staff, or other individuals staying at the apartments. The property also reserves the right to collect a cash deposit or place a hold on a debit/credit card in the amount of the full stay, plus an additional 100 PLN per day in case of damage to property within the apartment.

If a guest chooses to shorten their stay during the current day, the property is not obligated to refund the cost of that day’s stay.

§ 4
Services and Additional Amenities

The property provides services in accordance with its category and standards.

If guests have any concerns regarding the quality of services, they are encouraged to report these issues to the Reception immediately, allowing staff to respond and improve service standards.

The property is obligated to ensure guests have:

  • Conditions for complete relaxation;
  • Security during their stay, including the protection of guests' personal information;
  • Professional and courteous service for all amenities provided at the property;
  • Disinfection of rooms and common areas;
  • Efficient technical service, and in the event of issues that cannot be resolved immediately, the property will make every effort to change rooms or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.

Additionally, upon guest request, the property offers the following services:

  • Providing information related to the stay and travel.
  • Ordering Taxis All additional services, such as cleaning, towel exchange, pet stays, or additional dining services, are subject to extra charges and must be paid for by guests as they are incurred.

§ 5
Guest Responsibility

Children under the age of 16 must be under the constant supervision of legal guardians while on the property. Legal guardians will be held financially responsible for any damage to the furnishings and technical equipment caused by children.

Guests are fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the property's furnishings and technical equipment resulting from their actions or the actions of visitors or individuals they invite. The property reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for damages incurred after their departure and may evaluate damages separately based on the necessary repairs.

In the event of a violation of the regulations, the property may refuse services to the person who violates them. Such individuals are required to immediately comply with the property's requests and to pay for any damages caused.

For safety reasons, guests should turn off the television, switch off the lights, close faucets, and check the door locks each time they leave the apartment.

Guests accept responsibility for the room key card issued to them. In case of loss or damage to the card, a fee of 100 PLN will be charged.

In the event of an unjustified activation of the manual fire alarm (ROP) in the hotel corridor, the guest will be charged a penalty of 3000 PLN.

Use of the wellness area outside of opening hours is prohibited. Failure to comply with hotel rules will result in a fine of 2000 PLN.

§6
Responsibility of the Hotel

The property is responsible for the loss of items brought in by individuals using its services to the extent specified by civil code regulations.

Guests should notify the Reception immediately upon discovering any damage.

The property is not responsible for the damage or loss of cars or other vehicles belonging to guests, nor for items left inside them, or for pets, regardless of whether these vehicles are parked in the property's parking lot or any other location on the property.

§7
Return of Left Items

Personal items left by a departing guest in the apartment will be sent to the address specified by the guest at their expense. If such instructions are not received, the property will store the items for a period of 30 days, after which the items will become the property of the property.

The hotel is not responsible for food left in the room and is not obligated to store it after the guests' departure.

§8
Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are in effect at the property from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.

§9
Child Policy

  1. Children aged 0 to 4 can stay at the property free of charge, excluding meal services.
  2. Meals for children aged 4 to 12 are charged according to the price list.
  3. Meals for individuals over 12 years old are charged according to the price list.
  4. Meals for individuals over 12 years old are charged according to the price list.
  5. Baby cots are available free of charge. Requests for a baby cot should be made at the time of reservation, as the number of cots is limited.

Pet Policy

The property accepts pets according to the applicable price list and a separate set of regulations available for guests with pets at the Reception.

Key Information:

Guests should indicate their intention to bring a pet when making a reservation.

The property does not accept breeds of dogs classified as aggressive. A list of aggressive dog breeds, according to the Regulation of the Minister of Interior and Administration from April 28, 2003, includes: Pit Bull Terrier, Mallorcan Mastiff, American Bulldog, Argentine Mastiff, Canary Mastiff, Tosa Inu, Rottweiler, Akbash Dog, Anatolian Karabash, Moscow Watchdog, and Caucasian Shepherd Dog.

Only healthy pets with a health booklet, current vaccinations, and confirmation of deworming are accepted. The Reception may require the presentation of the health booklet upon arrival, and if current vaccinations are not available, the property reserves the right to deny the pet's stay on the premises for the safety of other guests.

Pets are allowed in designated areas of the property, where they must be leashed, and any potentially dangerous animals must also be muzzled and under the control of an adult. In particular, pets are not allowed in the SPA area, kids club, or playroom. An exception is made for guide dogs.

Using the towels and bedding provided in the apartment for pet purposes is prohibited. Pets are not allowed on beds or sofas and must not relieve themselves within the room or other interior spaces.

The pet owner is responsible for covering the costs related to repairs or cleaning in case of damage to the room's interiors (including carpets, mattresses, or other furnishings). The valuation will be conducted by the property management.

The pet owner is fully financially and legally responsible for any damages caused by their pet to other individuals, the property's property, and guests.

Bringing a pet incurs an additional fee according to the price list.

§11
Complaints

Guests have the right to submit complaints in case of any shortcomings in the quality of services provided.

All complaints should be directed to the reception.

Complaints must be submitted immediately upon noticing any deficiencies in the standard of services provided.

§12
Additional Provisions

The facility enforces a complete ban on smoking tobacco and using e-cigarettes outside of designated areas. Violating this ban will result in a charge of 500 PLN to the guest.

Hazardous materials, weapons, ammunition, flammable, explosive, or illuminating materials may not be stored in the apartments.

The solicitation and sale of goods, the distribution of advertising and election materials, as well as any gambling activities, are prohibited on the premises.

Guests are not permitted to make any changes to the furniture or equipment in the apartments.

Guests may not use devices and items that pose a risk of damage to property in the apartments or to other guests, particularly devices that may cause fires or floods. The use of equipment provided in the rooms is permitted.

Please note that starting January 1, 2024, a climate fee will be implemented according to the Act on the Collection of Local and Health Resort Fees in the Podgórzyn Commune, amounting to 2 PLN. This fee applies to guests reserving stays of more than one day—charges for stays exceeding two nights will be calculated from the first started day and must be settled during check-in.

Personal Data

The administrator of personal data is Lake Hill Hotel Sp. z o.o., located at Tyrolska Street 2G, 58-564 Sosnówka.

Regulations for Vouchers

§ 1
General Provisions

These regulations define the rules for the sale and redemption of vouchers.

The issuer of the vouchers is Lake Hill Hotel Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, located at Tyrolska Street 2G, 58-564 Sosnówka, registered in the business register under the NIP number: 5252687387.

The issuer offers the following types of vouchers:

  • Monetary vouchers
  • Stay vouchers

Vouchers are recorded by the issuer, and each voucher has its own unique identification number.

The expiration date is indicated on the voucher. The validity date of the voucher cannot be extended. Vouchers may have restrictions regarding the availability of dates, particularly limitations on stays during: so-called "long weekends," Christmas, New Year's Eve, New Year, and Easter.

The voucher may only be used in full and at once.

The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

§2
Conditions for Using the Voucher

The voucher can be redeemed with the issuer at the Lake Hill Resort & SPA and Lake Hill Apartments.

The issuer is not responsible for the loss or damage of the voucher from the date it is handed over to the purchaser. The purchaser is required to make a reservation in advance for their stay. The basis for the service to be provided by the issuer is the prior presentation of the voucher or the provision of its identification number.

The purchaser does not have the right to receive a refund for any unused portion of the voucher.

If the price for the service exceeds the value of the voucher, the purchaser or the voucher holder is obliged to pay the difference.

The issuer has the right to refuse the redemption of the voucher in the following cases:

  • Expiration of the voucher's validity
  • Damage to the voucher that makes it impossible to read its unique identification number
  • Failure to make a reservation in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.

§3
Final Provisions

Upon receiving the voucher, the purchaser declares that they have read the contents of the regulations and accepted its provisions.

The issuer reserves the right to amend these regulations.

In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
