§ 1
Subject of the Regulations

The regulations define the subject of service provision, responsibilities, and the rules for staying on the premises of the facility. They are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing the registration card and through procedural actions, particularly by making a reservation and/or paying a deposit or the full amount for the stay at the facility. By engaging in the actions mentioned in the previous sentence, the Guest confirms that they have read and accepted the terms of the regulations.

§ 2
Hotel Day

Villas are rented out on a nightly basis.

The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day.

Any request for an extension of the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival must be reported by the Guest no later than 8:00 PM on the day before check-out.

The property will consider the request to extend the stay subject to the availability of the villas. The property reserves the right to refuse the extension of the Guest's stay if full payment for the current period of stay has not been made in advance and in the event of non-compliance with the regulations.

§ 3
Reservation and Check-in

The basis for a guest's check-in is the presentation of an identity document with a photograph at the Reception, as well as filling out the registration form. In case of refusal to present an identity document in a manner that allows for check-in, the receptionist has the right to refuse to issue the room card/key.

The guest may not transfer the villa to other persons, even if the period for which the accommodation fee has been paid has not yet expired.

The property may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, seriously violated the regulations, particularly by causing damage to the property or guests, or harm to the person of guests, employees, or other individuals present on the premises.

The property reserves the right to collect a cash deposit or to block funds on a payment/credit card in the amount corresponding to the total cost of the stay.

In the event of a Guest's cancellation of their stay during the duration of their hotel day, the property is not obligated to refund the payment for that hotel day.

§ 4
Services and Additional Services

The property provides services in accordance with its category and standard.

In the event of any concerns regarding the quality of services, guests are kindly requested to promptly report their concerns to the Reception, which will allow the staff to respond and improve the standard of the services provided.

The establishment is obliged to provide guests with:

  • Conditions for complete relaxation;
  • Safety of stay, including the security of maintaining the confidentiality of Guest information;
  • Professional and courteous service in all services provided at the Facility;

Additionally, at the Guest's request, the Facility provides the following services:

  • Providing information related to the stay and travel;
  • Ordering taxi;
  • All additional services such as cleaning, towel exchange, pet stays, or extra dining services are subject to additional charges and must be paid for by Guests on an ongoing basis.

§ 5
Responsibility of Guests

Children under the age of 16 must be under constant supervision by legal guardians while on the premises of the Resort. Legal guardians will be financially responsible for any damage to the property and technical equipment caused by their children.

The guest is fully financially responsible for any damages or destruction of the furnishings and technical equipment in the villa caused by themselves, their visitors, or those visiting the latter. The Resort reserves the right to charge the guest's credit card for any damages incurred after their departure. The Resort also reserves the right to provide separate and individual assessments of the damages depending on the work necessary to rectify the harm.

In the event of a violation of the Regulations, the Resort may refuse to provide services to the person who is in breach. Such a person is required to promptly comply with the Resort's requests and to pay for any damages incurred in the villa.

Each time a Guest leaves the villa, for safety reasons, they should turn off the television, switch off the lights, close the taps, and check that the doors are locked.

The Guest accepts responsibility for the issued room card/key. In case of loss or damage to the card/key, a fee of 100 PLN will be charged.

§6
Use of the Sauna and Outdoor Jacuzzi

The sauna and outdoor jacuzzi are an integral part of the villa and can only be used by registered guests.

Before using the sauna and jacuzzi, please read the operating instructions located in the villa carefully.

The use of the sauna and jacuzzi is permitted only for adults. Minors may use the sauna only under the supervision of adults.

Individuals using the sauna and jacuzzi should not have any contraindications to using these facilities.

It is prohibited to consume alcohol and use narcotic substances before entering the sauna and jacuzzi.

The use of the jacuzzi by guests is not supervised.

Guests use the jacuzzi at their own risk. The property is not responsible for any injuries or injuries resulting from improper use of the facilities.

§7
Responsibility of the Property

The property is responsible for the loss of items brought by individuals using its services to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code.

The guest should notify the Reception immediately upon discovering any damage.

The facility is not responsible for any damage to or loss of the guest's car or other vehicle, items left inside it, or live animals, regardless of whether the vehicles were parked in the facility's parking lot or any other location on the premises.

§8
Return of Left Items

Personal items left by a departing guest in the villa will be sent to the address specified by the guest at their expense.

If no such instructions are received, the property will store the items for a period of 30 days, after which the items will become the property of the establishment.

The property is not responsible for food and beverages left in the villa and is not obligated to store them after the guests' departure.

§9
Quiet Hours

In the facility, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following day.

§10
Child Policy

1. Children aged 0 to 4 years can stay at the facility free of charge, but this does not include meal services.
2. Meals for children aged 4 to 12 years are charged according to the price list.
3. Meals for individuals over the age of 12 are charged according to the price list.
4. A baby crib is provided free of charge.
