THE STAY INCLUDES:

CHILDREN'S ATTRACTIONS PROGRAM
- themed animations for younger and older children with animators - the possibility to leave children (from 4 years old) in the exclusive care of animators:
- water games held in the indoor or outdoor pool;
- alpaca walks on the green area;
- evening movie screenings.
OTHER ATTRACTIONS FOR ADULTS AND NOT ONLY
- aqua fitness classes - Sunday 08:00 - 09:00 held in the indoor or outdoor pool;
- let's discover Karkonosze – bike and hiking tours with a guide on nearby routes (registration required);
- evening sauna rituals or relaxing baths in the wellness area.
Additional special attractions organized during the holidays – will be published regularly on our social media.
In case of bad weather, the Hotel reserves the right to change the schedule of attractions. A detailed event plan along with participation conditions will be presented on site.
Additionally, we provide:
- a wellness area with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, paddling pool, and saunas inside, as well as outdoor attractions: a heated swimming pool, two jacuzzis, and an outdoor sauna with an amazing view of Śnieżka, open from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm, during the hours of 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, the wellness area is available only for adults;
- children's areas at the Hotel: Play Room and Kids Room for the youngest;
- a fitness room;
- free monitored parking;
- unlimited access to WiFi;
- Porsche charging stations for electric cars on the premises.
We offer (paid services):
- we invite you to try our à la carte menu at Cicha Woda restaurant;
- Try Italian specialties at On the Hill restaurant (D building Apartments);
- we also offer Room Service with the option to order dishes from the Cicha Woda restaurant menu, Lobby Bar, and use the full drink and alcohol menu. The service fee is 30 PLN;
- go shopping at our designer Lake Hill Concept Store (at the end of building B in the Hotel).
When booking a stay with children at Lake Hill Apartments, you receive:
- stay of a child aged 5-12 for free for more than 3 days (maximum of two children);
- child up to 4 years old sleeping with parents in one bed stays for free;
- free baby crib with a complete bedding set (limited number of cribs, prior reservation required);
Pet policy:
- we are a pet-friendly hotel – bring your pet with you, additional fee is 120 PLN per day.
*We kindly inform you that from January 1, 2025, there will be a climate fee of 3 PLN, according to the Act on collecting local and spa fees in the Podgórzyn Commune. The fee applies to people booking a stay for more than one day - the fee for a stay of more than two days is charged from the first commenced day and must be settled during check-in.
