GDPR

In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), we inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data indicated on the registration card and collected in connection with the operation of the hotel, in accordance with the service provision regulations and monitoring, is Lake Hill Hotel Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa, located at ul. Tyrolska 2G, 58-564 Sosnówka.
2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in writing via traditional mail at: Tyrolska 2G, 58-564 Sosnówka, Poland, by email at iod@lakehill.pl, or by phone at: +48 515 268 610.
3. Your data will be processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:Pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, for the performance of obligations arising from the contract for the provision of services concluded with you (data contained in the registration card); and Pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, for the purposes of (1) possible claims enforcement, (2) direct marketing of the Company’s services, (3) internal administration within the EUROPLAN group, and (4) ensuring security and protection of property on the hotel premises (monitoring data).
4. Your data will be disclosed to entities processing data on the Administrator's behalf (e.g., entities providing payroll or IT services for the Administrator) as well as to entities within the EUROPLAN group, to the extent specified in paragraph 3 above. Your data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the EEA) or to international organizations.
5. In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to request: (1) access to your data, (2) rectification of your data, (3) deletion of your data, (4) restriction of data processing, (5) objection to data processed on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate interests, (6) data portability, and (7) lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can exercise the above rights regarding the Administrator (1) — (6) by submitting the appropriate statement through the means of communication specified in points 1 or 2 of this obligation.
6. Providing your data in connection with the hotel services, i.e., the data indicated in Part I of the registration card, is voluntary; however, it is necessary to conclude a contract for the provision of the aforementioned services. Providing your phone number and email address is also voluntary and does not affect the conclusion of the contract for the provision of hotel services.
7. The Company will not make automated decisions based on your data, including profiling.
8. Your data will be processed for the period necessary to provide you with hotel services, to enforce claims, or to fulfill the legitimate interests of the Company as specified in point 4 above.
