The stay includes:
- accommodation in comfortable rooms with a balcony or terrace;
- delicious breakfasts served as a rich buffet;
- soup for children up to 12 years old in the hotel restaurant, daily from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM;
- animations for the youngest;
- free ski storage;
- discount voucher worth 10% for renting ski equipment and for lessons with a winter sports instructor;
- musical evenings on selected days in the Cicha Woda Restaurant;
- transport to the ski slope - ski bus.

When booking a stay with children at Lake Hill Hotel, you receive:
- a free baby cot with a complete bedding set (limited availability, prior reservation required);
- a child up to 4 years old sleeping with parents in one bed stays for free;
- a stay for a child aged 5 to 12 with a discount.
Pet policy:
- we are a pet-friendly hotel - take your pet with you, an additional fee of 120 PLN per day applies.
*Please note that from January 1, 2025, a climate fee applies, according to the Act on collecting local and health resort fees in the Podgórzyn Commune in the amount of 3 PLN. The fee applies to guests booking a stay for more than one day - the fee for stays longer than two days is counted from the first started day and must be paid at check-in.
