The stay includes:

- a wellness area with a pool, jacuzzi, paddling pool, and saunas inside, as well as outdoor attractions: a heated pool, two jacuzzis, and an outdoor sauna with an amazing view of Śnieżka, open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM; from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the wellness area is available only for adults;

When booking a stay with children at Lake Hill Hotel you receive:
- free baby cot with a complete set of bedding (limited number of cots, prior reservation required);
- children up to 4 years old sleeping with parents on one bed stay for free;
- child's stay from 5 to 12 years old with a discount.
Pet policy:
- we are a pet-friendly hotel – bring your pet along, the additional fee is 120 PLN per night.
*Please note that from January 1, 2025, a climate fee will be in effect, according to the Act on the Collection of Local and Health Resort Fees in the Podgórzyn Municipality in the amount of 3 PLN. The fee applies to people reserving a stay for more than one night - the fee for a stay of more than two nights is charged from the first started night and must be settled upon check-in.
