In case of bad weather, the hotel reserves the right to change the schedule of attractions. A detailed event plan along with participation conditions will be presented on site.

When booking a stay with children at Lake Hill Hotel, you receive:
- stay for a child aged 5-12 years for free for stays longer than 3 days;
- a child under 4 years old sleeping with parents in one bed stays for free;
- free baby cot with a set of bedding (number of cots limited, prior reservation required);
- maximum two children up to 12 years for free.
Pet Policy:
- we are a pet-friendly hotel – bring your pet along, the additional fee is 120 PLN per night.
*Please note that from January 1, 2025, a climate fee will be charged, according to the Act on the collection of local and health resort fees in the Podgórzyn Municipality in the amount of 3 PLN. The fee applies to guests booking a stay for more than one night - the fee for a stay longer than two nights is charged from the first started night and must be settled at check-in.
