It is connected with the story of Hans Rischmann, who was called a prophet by the locals in the 16th-17th century. Apparently, he predicted, among others, the fire of Jelenia Góra in 1634, the collapse of the town hall tower in 1739 and World War II. He could not only predict the future but also fly, which is why he was called the Flying Prophet. He was accused of dealing with the devil, but his prophecies were heard. On the way to the top we will pass his hermitage (Rischmann's Cave) and at the very top we will find the remains of the pedestal of the monument of Otto von Bismarck.
